"I am a new home owner. have a 6 yrs old house, pretty new.
I am in Seattle, rains a lot . when should i paint the exterior in general? Wait until the paint comes off? How much to do it approximately ( my house is about 2,200 sf)?

Also, if at all possible, you should think about vinyl siding for a permanent alternative."
